REAL ESTATE / LOV AGENCY EDITORIAL
From beautiful property to a better enquiry.
How we approach property discovery, useful comparisons and a more considered viewing enquiry.
Turn interest into understanding.
A striking property image can start a conversation, but buyers need to understand what they are looking at. Location, layout, area, orientation and availability should be easy to distinguish. Decide which facts the sales team can maintain reliably before designing interactive filters around them.
Make comparison deliberate.
Compare residences using the same units and categories. Show what changes between layouts rather than relying on similar-looking thumbnail images. Clearly label illustrative plans and renders, and use approved documentation for real specifications. Visual drama should never make essential details ambiguous.
Remember the visitor’s choice.
If someone has just explored a two-bedroom residence, the enquiry should carry that choice forward. Asking them to describe it again adds unnecessary effort. Let them review or change the selection, then ask only the information the team needs to respond usefully.
Qualify without turning the form into an interview.
Start with interest, preferred timing and a suitable contact method. Add budget or purchase-stage questions where they genuinely change the response. Explain why information is needed. A shorter form is not automatically better; a relevant form makes the exchange more useful for both sides.
Define what success means before launch.
Agree how the team will distinguish an enquiry from a qualified opportunity. Review the journey from property discovery to viewing, including the response process after submission. A website cannot compensate for a form that sends nowhere or a request that nobody follows up. Our Forma concept demonstrates the discovery step; a live project would also need verified inventory and delivery.
