THE BUSINESS BEHIND THE BRIEF

Start with
what matters.

Guests should not have to search for room differences, practical details or the next booking step. The online experience needs the same clarity and care as the stay.

Hotels, resorts, retreats and private stays with an existing booking provider or a defined booking requirement.

WHAT WE SHAPE TOGETHER

A defined way
forward.

01

Make the stay clear

Organise rooms, experiences, practical information and the reasons a guest should choose you.

02

Connect the booking path

Design the mobile journey and scope the handoff or integration with your agreed booking provider.

03

Measure the useful step

Agree feasible tracking and distinguish booking clicks from confirmed reservations.

CLEAR BEFORE WE BEGIN

The work.
The boundaries.

Your proposal sets out the work, responsibilities, dependencies and investment.

What we need from you

  • Room types, rates or booking rules, facilities and accurate property photography.
  • Your booking provider, available integration access and guest questions.
  • Markets, languages and any existing booking or analytics data.

What is agreed separately

Booking-engine or property-system access, provider fees, payment requirements, multilingual content and content production are confirmed in the scope. A direct-booking journey does not replace a broader distribution strategy.

How we assess progress

A usable room-to-booking journey. Confirmed reservations and revenue are measured only where provider access and attribution support them; booking clicks are reported separately.

Investment is quoted to the agreed scope. Domains, hosting, third-party subscriptions and optional ongoing work are identified separately. Scope and schedule are confirmed before work starts.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before
we begin.

Can you work with our existing booking engine?

We assess the provider, available access and integration options before agreeing the implementation. Any third-party costs are identified in the scope.

How will we measure progress?

We agree feasible measures around the booking provider and data available to you. Confirmed reservations and booking revenue are kept separate from booking-button clicks, with an agreed baseline and context such as rates, availability and seasonality.

Do you include photography and copy?

We can scope content requirements with you. Existing assets, new photography, copywriting and translations are identified separately in the proposal.

What does a hotel website cost?

A hotel booking journey is quoted to its actual scope. It is not automatically included in a base Studio website package; integrations, content and external subscriptions affect the work.
